Answer:
During an attempted registration, once a time slot is selected it is put on hold for about 5 minutes to allow you to complete the registration process. So wait about 5 minutes, then refresh the page and the time slot should appear open again. Be sure to grab it though as it is available to anyone in the system. Also, if after you select your timeslot you are delayed for more than 5 minutes, that slot will open up again and you could lose it. Please be sure to complete the registration in a timely manner.
You'll know if your registration was a success because you will receive a confirmation email from our scheduler system shortly after you register. If you don't, first check your bulk, spam or trash boxes.
Second, if you registered for a company event go to our
Appointment Review area and login to see if you are indeed scheduled for those screenings.

If you see the screening, you are fine. If not, please go back into the scheduler and check to see if the time slot is open. (Be sure to wait 5 minutes, then refresh the page.)
